Keeping It Real
Our Purpose and Mission: CONNECTING WOMEN WITH EACH OTHER AND GOD THROUGH
RELATIONSHIPS, ENCOURAGEMENT, ACCOUNTABILITY, & LAUGHTER.
HBC WOMEN KEEPING IT R.E.A.L. We are so glad that you are interested in what our Women’s Ministries may have to offer you. We also believe that you, too, have a great deal to offer other women with your fellowship, suggestions, and insight.
It is our desire that each of you feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. We want to find ways to minister to the needs of women in every season of life. We also offer varied opportunities for you to connect with other women in fellowship and service. We love learning and growing together as we seek to know Christ , influence our families, and become equipped to share God’s love in service to others.
We are excited that you are here and would like to encourage you to find a place and plug in! We look forward to walking alongside you as together we learn to grow in God’s power, grace, and love.
at an area restaurant for food, fellowship, and fun. This is an opportunity to meet women that you might not have had the privilege to meet through other activities or events at HBC. Check the bulletin, calendar, or the Facebook page to see where the next location will be.
Ladies Night Out
On the first Tuesday of every month, all the ladies of Hillcrest are invited to meet at an area restaurant for food, fellowship, and fun! To see where our next location will be on our calendar, bulletin, or by clicking on the link below. We would love for you to join us!
Shine & Share
“Let your light shine before others in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.”
(Matthew 5:16)
This team supports and encourages the ladies of Hillcrest by providing cards, “Sonshine” gifts, or meals for those who are home-bound with medical issues, and most importantly, prayer. The goal of this ministry is to be a light to others while helping then carry their burdens.
Widows Ministry
“External religious worship that is pure and unblemished in the sight of God the Father is this: to visit and help and care for the orphans and widows in their affliction and need.”
(James 1:27)
The Widows’ Ministry meets for lunch the first Thursday of every month at 11:30 AM at a local restaurant to pray, encourage, and strengthen those ladies who have lost their spouses as they are faced with financial, social, and emotional challenges.
